Expect a small file
The current build is about 39 MB. If a download is many times larger, or the name is a jumble of extra words, stop. Go back to the official site and start again.
Read the Android prompt
Your phone may ask permission to install from the browser. That prompt is normal for an APK, but only after you know the source. When the install finishes, you can turn that permission off again.
